1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of order confirmation without any cancellation charges.

  • After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted, as order processing, sourcing, cutting, or dispatch preparation may have already started.

Note: Customised, cut-to-size, or specially sourced materials may not be eligible for cancellation once processing begins.

Refund for Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

2. Order Cancellation by Plyboardwala

We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Supplier or manufacturing constraints

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Delivery limitations to a specific location

  • Any unforeseen operational issue

In such cases:

  • Customers will be informed promptly via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

  • Any amount received will be fully refunded.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Partial Cancellations

  • Partial cancellations may be considered depending on:

    • Order status

    • Product type

    • Whether the material is customised or standard

  • Please contact our support team for assistance.

If approved:

  • Refunds for cancelled items will be processed separately.

  • Processing time remains 7–10 business days.

4. Important Notes

  • Orders involving custom sizes, special finishes, bulk sourcing, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

  • Dispatch-ready or shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Any applicable handling or processing charges (if incurred) may be deducted from the refundable amount.
