The product received is physically damaged at the time of delivery

An incorrect item has been supplied due to an internal handling error
Requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery through WhatsApp, phone call, or email, along with clear photographic or video evidence.

Each request is verified by our internal quality team.
Additional details or proof may be requested to assess the claim.
Approval or rejection of a refund is decided solely by Plyboardwala after evaluation.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment mode (bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed method).
Processing time may vary depending on the payment channel but typically takes up to 10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in cases including but not limited to:
Change of mind after order confirmation
Custom-cut, made-to-order, or specially sourced materials
Natural variations in color, grain, or texture common in wood and decorative materials
Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, storage, or installation
Product Replacement Option
Where applicable, Plyboardwala may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and practicality.
